Flora Woodfaulk is a retired Language Arts Teacher and has 42 years experience as a public school teacher. She has been Chairperson for the Language Arts Department, a SACS member, and Advisor for the National Junior Honor Society. She has also judged the County Spelling Bee and the Tropicana Speech Contest.
Ms. Woodfaulk has been honored several times with various awards, such as Who's Who Among America's Teachers, and Florida A & M University's 2003 Distinguished Alumnus for Community Service. She is the President of Taylor County Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University Alumni Chapter, and has been since 1979. She is a member of the Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University's National Alumni Association, and their Distinguished Alumni Selection and Steering Committees. She is very active in her community.
Ms. Woodfaulk was appointed to the Commission by Governor Jeb Bush on July 16, 2003.
