Patricia “Penny” Miller is the owner of Miller & Associates, an Insurance and Estate Planning Company. Penny has owned Miller & Associates for over 25 years and is the Manager for the Liberty National Ocala Branch office. She served as Director of Corporate Development for Ocala Magazine for six years. Most recently, she coordinated production of the Ocala Charity Register, a publication designed to enhance awareness of charitable causes and the importance of volunteerism, and Ocala Home — Fine Central Florida Homes and Interiors.
Penny serves on the Macy's CAB Board since 2000, the Board of the Sunset Rotary Club, and is co-founder and past-President of the College Park Kiwanis Club, for which she has been a member for the last 20 years. She recently served on the board of the Marion County YMCA and is currently serving on the advisory board of Volunteer USA, a National Organization for Literacy founded by Barbara Bush. Penny founded the Marion County Coalition for the Homeless in 1991, of which she directed for over 10 years.
Penny is a current member of NAIFA (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors) and is Past President and State Board Member of the WV National Association of Life Underwriters.
She is also a member of the National Association for Female Executives, and a longstanding member of the Florida Magazine Association, serving on the Marketing/Development Committee. She is the author of five books, soon to be published.
Ms. Miller has three daughters, Felicity, Amber and Jovan, and one son, Austin. She also is the proud grandmother of one granddaughter, Addison, and four grandsons, Leyton, Cole, Gehrig and Gage.
