Patricia “Penny” Miller was involved with Insurance and Estate Planning for 25 years and was the owner of Miller and Associates. Currently, she is Director of Corporate Development at Ocala Magazine. Most recently, she coordinated production of the Ocala Charity Register, a publication designed to enhance awareness of charitable causes and the importance of volunteerism, and Ocala Home — Fine Central Florida Homes and Interiors.
She serves on the board of the Marion County YMCA, the Macy’s CAB Board since 2000, and the Board of Sunset Rotary Club. She also is the co-founder and past Executive Director of the Marion County Homeless Coalition, founded in 1992. She is a former member of the National Association of Life Underwriters (NALU), and past president and state board member of the West Virginia National Association of Life Underwriters. She is past president of College Park Kiwanis Club of Ocala, and is the author of five books soon to be published.
Ms. Miller has three daughters, Felicity, Amber and Jovan, and one son, Austin. She also is the proud grandmother of one granddaughter, Addison, and four grandsons, Leyton, Cole, Gehrig and Gage.
