Mike Andrew is Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for Marriott International. Mr. Andrew is responsible for government relations and compliance for Marriott’s vacation ownership, timeshare and residential real property division, overseeing legal support for Marriott’s lending operations related to these areas, and participating in strategic vacation product initiatives.
Prior to joining Marriott in 1999, Mike worked in the Orlando offices of Holland & Knight, LLP and Taylor & Carls, P.A. Mr. Andrew is active in his community, currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Central Florida, teaching in the StreetLaw Program, and serving on the Florida Advisory Council on Condominiums.
Mr. Andrew earned his law degree, with honors, from Stetson University College of Law, and a bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of Florida. He and his wife, Dr. Dawn Andrew, are the proud parents of three children, Michael, Victoria and Reagan.
