VOLUNTEER FLORIDA PROVIDES a bi-monthly training newsletter for the purpose of informing its national service and volunteerism partners of the upcoming trainings and events as well as resources to promote sustainability. Selected training resources available to national service programs include PowerPoint presentations and handouts from recent trainings presented at quarterly program directors meetings. Additional resources to support the development of quality AmeriCorps programs are available on request from Volunteer Florida Program Consultants.

Volunteer Florida provides quarterly program director trainings that address the National Service Program Director Eight CORE competencies (PDF, 28K) as described by the Corporation for National and Community Service.
