Available Positions:

Volunteer Florida is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide general office management and support.  This position serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and acts as the liaison to Volunteer Florida’s Commissioners and the Volunteer Florida Foundation Board.  In addition to providing administrative support to the CEO, the Executive Assistant provides administrative support to Commissioners and Foundation Board members as related to their associated duties with Volunteer Florida. The Executive Assistant is responsible for scheduling and arranging organizational meetings and conferences and records minutes for all Commission and Foundation Board meetings.
